This policy explains what personal data we collect through our waitlist website at thethree.club, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. It applies only to the waitlist, not to any future product or service.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Optionally, if you complete the follow-up form: your first name, the stage of your business, your industry, your country, and how you heard about us

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track your activity across other websites.

4. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your data to:

• Contact you when The Three opens, and send you updates about the launch
• Understand who is interested, so we can plan how and where to launch

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 8).

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, on servers located in London, United Kingdom. Access is limited to the people running The Three. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers and applicable law

We are based in the United Kingdom and market The Three primarily in the United Arab Emirates, so we collect data from people in the UK, the UAE, the European Union and elsewhere. Data collected is stored in the United Kingdom.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to launch The Three and contact you about it. If The Three does not launch, or if you ask us to remove your data, we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it entirely
• Stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent

To do any of these, email [email protected] and we will action it.

9. If The Three becomes a product

If The Three launches as a paid product, we will publish a fuller privacy policy at that point. We will not move your waitlist data into the product without letting you know first.

10. Children

The Three is intended for adults running or building businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
